Every booking on Mansuraj is a travel service, not a physical good — there is nothing to ship. Your booking confirmation and travel voucher are emailed to you the moment your payment succeeds, and your trip is delivered on the travel date you select.
All products sold on Mansuraj are downloadable digital trips in PDF format. No physical goods are shipped and no courier or postal delivery is involved. The number of pages and format for each title are stated on the product page before you buy.
On successful payment we send a confirmation email to the address you provide at checkout. That email contains your trip PDF as an attachment and a secure download button for each title you purchased. Please enter your email address carefully — it is where your purchase is delivered.

Because delivery is digital, our trips are available to customers across India with no PIN-code restrictions. A valid email address and a working internet connection are all that is required to receive and open your purchase.
Our trips are standard PDF files that open on virtually any device — phone, tablet, laptop or desktop — using a free PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Google Drive, Apple Books, or your browser). No special software or subscription is needed.
