References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Mansuraj Travels. References to "you" and "your" mean the user of the Website and/or the purchaser of travel services from the Website.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order with us. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.
All tour descriptions, itineraries, photographs and availability displayed on the Website are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to correct errors, amend an itinerary, or refuse any booking at our sole discretion.
All prices on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. The final payable amount, inclusive of all taxes and fees, is displayed to you on the checkout page before you confirm your booking.
We do not engage in misleading discount practices. The "original price" displayed on a tour reflects its standard, non-discounted rate.
Your placement of a booking is an offer to purchase travel services. Your booking is accepted only when we send you a booking-confirmation email with your travel voucher. Until that confirmation is sent, we may refuse to accept your booking, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.
We accept the following methods of payment:
UPI payments are processed end-to-end through the gateway. We do not store any UPI ID, PIN, OTP, card or banking credentials on our systems.
We are a travel agency and do not ship any physical goods. On confirmation of payment, your booking confirmation and travel voucher are sent to the email address supplied at checkout, ordinarily within a few minutes. Present the voucher to the tour operator or driver on the day of travel. If a voucher does not arrive, contact us and we will re-issue it.
Booking cancellations, amendments and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Cancellation windows and any applicable charges are shown on each tour page before you book.

All content on the Website — including text, photographs, illustrations, logos, the Mansuraj name and the tagline "Tours, Transfers & Experiences across India" — is the property of Mansuraj Travels or its licensors and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of this content without our prior written consent.
If you submit a review, comment or any other content to the Website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and reproduce such content in connection with the Website and our marketing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any product purchased from the Website is limited to the amount paid by you for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, internet failures, pandemics, or actions of government authorities.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Madhya Pradesh.
